Valdir Cabral is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Cabral Law Office, LLC, serving families across Massachusetts in Care and Protection (C&P) and Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) matters. He is a community advocate whose work is shaped by resilience, lived experience, and a deep commitment to access and justice.

Before establishing Cabral Law Office, Attorney Cabral spent several years as a public defender and trial attorney. He worked for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in their Children and Family Law Division, as well as for Central West Justice Center and Community Legal Aid. In these roles, he represented parents and families navigating DCF involvement, housing instability, public benefits, and elder law issues.

Attorney Cabral founded Cabral Law Office to provide accessible, knowledgeable, and client-centered legal support to families who often feel overwhelmed by complex court systems. He approaches each case with preparation, respect, and a commitment to ensuring that clients understand their rights and the process ahead. His goal is to make the legal system more transparent and responsive for the people it is meant to serve.
